Many people believe that in order to manifest, they must constantly focus on their problems.

They believe that dwelling on the negative aspects of their lives will help them solve their issues.

Focusing and constantly discussing fear, lack, or disease only exacerbates negative emotions and worsens the situation. Not only does it drain your energy, but it also causes emotional stress and limits your personal and emotional growth.

You may believe that constantly worrying about the problem is the only way to solve it.

However, the key to overcoming your problems is to concentrate on the positive. Concentration is the ability to focus one’s attention on a single thought, object, solution, or activity. Visualizing a solution and concentrating solely on it.

Without the ability to concentrate, your thoughts will be scattered all over the place. Allowing your mind to drift has an impact on almost every aspect of your life. Work, school, and your relationships with yourself and others.

Throughout the day, you are constantly bombarded with distractions such as your phone, social media, television, and the news.

As a result, you may believe that it is impossible to break the habit of constant worrying and shift your focus to that single positive thought.

Or you believe that focusing on a single positive outcome will only cause heartache and pain.
It is possible that you believe that ignoring problems will result in neglecting the problem and thus making it worse.

Here’s the thing.

If you wish to eliminate fear, concentrate on Courage
If you wish to eliminate lack, concentrate on abundance.
If you wish to eliminate disease, concentrate on health
Always concentrate on the idea as an already existing fact.
