The amazing power of thought, requires single focus and attention.
When I first started to acquire the new habit of bringing my mind to a quiet place, I found it difficult. My mind tended to wander and thoughts kept invading the quiet I was working diligently to accomplish.
I wanted to push out those thoughts to get to the place of stillness and quiet. Some days were better than others and as I began to embrace the habit I realized I could accept and release those invading thoughts. As the thought came in
I gently released it.
Today I am changed and in vibration with all that is best.
