My business partners Curtis and Carrie Harland gifted those they care for an amazing gift to learn how to effectively communicate with people. The Color Code Standing Tall experience I am blessed to learn reveals my personality is all about peace. It is so true!

No matter what part of my life I’m living I find myself creating peace for others. A fascinating thing has happened in the process. I am now helping myself to create peace for Patti. Isn’t THAT a novel idea!

I really love this chic and I’m doing all I can to see her God given talents be maxed out. I look forward to hearing my Lord say, “well done good and faithful servant”. When I get there, I want to be so maxed out there is nowhere else TO GO.

While I missed last week’s blog moving from Florida to South Carolina I’m excited to be creating a blog about this season of my life.

A year ago, the Lord reminded me now is the time to volunteer at a ministry I fell in love with 5 years prior. I planned it methodically. I lived in the same location for 21 years, which seemed to happen suddenly and now I was leaving!

I’ve been excited to move and found myself totally amazed with the fondness I was feeling for the home I created.

I have so many Florida “families”. I made my announcements and began saying my goodbyes. I began wrapping up the volunteer work I’d been doing for many years and started pulling away from everything I’d built and came to love.

As weeks turned into months and I kept showing up in places I made known my desires the challenges began. I truly believed my house would sell quicker. Then 7 months later the Lord brought the perfect buyer. We are great friends and I have expanded my Florida “family” once again.
