Og Mandino, The Greatest Salesman in the World, Scroll II
It is said that Og Mandino was in a Concord library in New Hampshire where he found W. Clement Stone’s classic, Success Through a Positive Mental Attitude. This book changed him for the better.
As I read this scroll, I can only imagine the joy of his words landing on the paper. How full his heart must have been and continued to be as he lived his life.
With all that is going on in the world, for me to be filled this way no matter what is going on around me is a gift, a blessing and unspeakable joy!
When I am cut off on the road.

When I am treated poorly.
When I am disappointed in myself,
I will greet this day with love in my heart.
The words of this scroll, creates chills and warmth all at the same time. For humanity and me, I am committed to living this scroll.

As I sat down to read some of the blogs here, first – your title sparked intrigue, as Joy is my thing. And you did not disappoint. Secondly, as I started to read your missive, the music I was listening to changed to a song called “This Joy,” from Resistance Revival Chorus. Of which I now have on repeat.
