This has been an intentional week. My new understanding of “doing” my best and “trying” to do my best has had a huge impact on my progress.
I’m a “checklist” person and will continue to be one. I love checking off my completed tasks. Peptide addiction? MKE (Master Key Experience) has given us a lot to remember to do (read this one 2 times, read that one 3 times, Thursday readings, repeat this one 20 times, repeat that one 25 times, etc.).
I listened to this week’s informal webcast and decided to toss my checklist of MKE things to do. I tossed MKE’s checklist because it felt like I was managing a project instead of transforming my life.
I decided to go with the “spirit” (principle) of what I’m learning. Turns out I don’t really need a checklist because I know exactly what I need to do and when I need to do it. If I read something three times instead of twice, it’s even better!
We’re supposed to repeat “I can be what I will to be” 20 times daily. With my checklist gone, I no longer focus on how many times I’ve said it. I now state it throughout my day, especially when I catch my old blueprint trying to talk me out of something. I may say it 30 times in one day or I may say it 10 times in one day. The point is I’m saying it and meaning it when I say it.
“The 7 Laws of the Mind” are helping to change my life. Each day, I realize I must apply ALL seven laws if I expect to enjoy my journey. Harmony with myself is the key!
On my Movie Poster, there’s a signpost with a few directional “Opportunity” signs pointing in various directions. My intentions are leading me to the methods necessary to make my DMP a reality.
Opportunities that I had not taken seriously before are now reappearing. Now I’m able to receive the idea that “I can be what I will to be” and take advantage of these opportunities instead of hearing about another’s success and “wishing” I had the courage to try it.
My life looks the exact same on the outside. Yet I know things are changing on the inside.
Hi Ava, It’s So good to hear that the laws of the mind are having an impact on you.. You’ve got this
Love this! I like that you are living it rather than just making a list and reading it like a homework assignment. I can feel your passion in the article. The inner world is creating the outer world. I am inspired. Thanks
Ava, I think moving from lists to the spirit of the tasks is a huge step forward. Yay you!
Thank you, Day!
Clever, Ava. I think you’re already seeing how to build “habits”. Once they are ingrained, you don’t need reminders. They just happen! What a great share!
