Carmen, I truly love your blog. I hadn’t thought of changing it as you have, but what a beautiful idea! I had started each day with stating “I greet this day with love in my heart” as soon as my eyes opened. Then I would state it every time I have to re-start my mental diet regardless of what time of the day; I figured every time I reset, it’s a whole new day.
