As we start MKE (Master Key Experience) Week 10, I am doing a look back at a major thing that came up with me last week very strongly.
During my Master Key Experience I have had a lot of resistance to reading aloud and do NOT find it enjoyable to say the least. Even when I am reading to myself and I know no one can hear me.
I cannot remember which day it was last week, but I kept flupping the reading. Then I remembered an incident during elementary school where I was reading over the school intercom the Pledge of Alliance and flupped the reading.
I had always remembered this incident with my head. However, last week what came up were the feelings of embarrassment, guilt, and fear that was associated with the memory. My classmates teased me for weeks. My brother was mad at me because his classmates made fun of him. My classmates beat the crap out of me a few times. The guilt feeling I felt turned into shame.
I then pieced together many things in my life where I did what ever it took NEVER to read aloud.
I realized that while I remembered the incident, I was ignoring the multiple levels of subconscious conditioning behind the memory. I was gobbed smacked of this being hidden in plain site. That is how I remember the incident and was continuing to read aloud without really realizing how this was grating on the underlying subconscious conditioning.
I hope this may help others when dealing with these multiple layers of conditioning.
Another piece of cement to dismantle, for some reason the “somewhere over the rainbow” song and the chant “follow the yellow brick road” came to mind from the Wizard of OZ.
There is no place like home (our true self), another example of everything I need is within.
Master Keyers have a great week!
Michael of the Uplifters!
Thanks for this great reminder of everything is within.
Great awareness and yes, we do have our own answers when we are brave to ask the right questions. Happy for you Mike.
This was great in showing the multiple layers of conditioning which we all have and that there really is no place like home which is within our true selves.
Hey Michael! I love how you sum it up, “everything I need is within.” You nailed it!!
This is an amazing realization, Michael. Our subconscious holds on to so much. Becoming aware of that is eye opening. Congratulations!
Congrats Michael!! Discovering the root cause of a limiting belief..becoming consciously aware of it…and then knowing you can choose a different meaning with Law of Dual Thought and Substitution…we are not prisoners of our thoughts as long as we are willing to substitute a more empowering meaning. Great blog!
