The self-exploration continues; I regularly slip off the positive mental diet and yet I am usually considered a positive and upbeat person! I do not watch or listen to msm and haven’t for 20yrs now, but somehow there has been a chink in the “force-field” and I need to plug the gap! Luckily I am quick to remount and usually with a laugh!

It was interesting to see incremental improvement in the self-assessment.
