This week has me genuinely excited! Integrating my gratitude practice into my MKE routine, where I note down three things I’m thankful for every day, feels like the perfect addition. I’ve been cultivating this gratitude habit for a while now, and it’s been a key player in keeping me positive and on track consistently.
What really resonated with me was Mark’s perspective in the webinar this week: “Gratitude is the cause, not the effect”. It’s not merely a response; it’s an active choice we make. Instead of passively waiting for good things to happen, we take the initiative to be thankful.
It’s like steering our thoughts in a positive direction, creating a lasting good vibe. Mark’s insight has added a new layer to my appreciation for gratitude!
Awesome, Nathalie! The more things we are grateful for, the more things to be grateful for appear!
Great post Nathalie. I think we often forget to be grateful. Marks comments were a good reminder.
I really enjoyed reading your blog Nathalie. I like how excited you’ve been incorporating gratitude in your life and how positive and up beat you are with writing the things you’re grateful for each day. I like how you embrace “Gratitude is the cause, not the effect” and expand on this statement. Thanks for sharing your insight.
