Writing 3 cards a day about what I’m grateful for is truly a good way to see how much I took for granted.
It teaches me to be a better observer and rediscover what a wonderful world we live in.
All those exercises who seemed silly are making more and more sense for every past week.
I’m very grateful to keep up with this challenging experience.
When training in the gym, there is a saying “No pain no gain”. It is the same with mental and emotional training.
So grateful for the effect to come. I believe that I receive it and I shall have it.
