I’m not responsible for the words you choose to have come out of your mouth – I’m responsible for how I respond to those words and shield myself from all negativities.
I’m responsible for the words that come out of my mouth. These words are the result of my thinking. I choose thoughts of love and kindness as I want to spread this in my community and around the world. So, my chosen words are kind; otherwise, I say nothing.
My current results are what I’ve allowed to hold onto as thoughts all these years.
Food diets have been in existence for decades. Time to make mental diets mainstream.
My invisible shield will keep me from being impacted by others’ negativity. This invisible shield protects me.
Being kind and leaving someone in a better state of mind than when I first met them helps me sleep well at night. We can disagree on many things, but saying nothing that I will regret saying later is very freeing and helps me maintain my power.
Mental Diets are good for my soul.
Thanks Arlene. Appreciate your comments.
Thanks Marie. Love that shade of Blue.
I appreciate how the image/title you’ve chosen for your blog brilliantly matches your words…
Yes, I love the Mental Diet. As for choosing your words (like choosing your thoughts), I think of Thumper in the Bambi movie: “If you can’t say somethin’ nice, don’t say nothin’ at all.”
