minutes remaining

Today is my first blog. I am a bit behind but it is what it is and I am here so that is what is important.

I am super curious to see how this all changes my perspective or habit. So far like many others the index cards have been amazing for “getting stuff done” and it has spilled over already into other areas of my life.

I even found my self saying it to myself unconsciously whilst going for my morning walk as I debated whether to do another lap which would make my walk 8 kms – needless to say I did and didn’t even really notice until I was halfway around that last lap. It had kicked in while I was debating it in my head then disappeared when I got close and then I just did it. Love that.

So far the index cards have helped me clean out a fridge that was looong overdue and regrout the shower which I had been putting off for nearly a year – yikes! Mainly because a) I am renting but there is noway my land lord will do it, but also I found the task daunting as I had never done it before. Now I have, and whilst I am definitely not an ace with the silicone, it certainly looks better than the mould that was there.

Og, I am finding fascinating in a different way as I thought I would get bored and I have to be honest, sometimes I read it and realise while I am reading it my mind is wandering to other things… who knew my mind could split like that? So that has been an eye opener, but what has been even more surprising is how layered I am finding our first scroll and I am having new insights and A-ha moments with different readings – so very cool.

DMP – I admit I have struggled. I started with one but came down with the flu, so wasn’t able to get out of bed for a few days and then could really only deal with clients before heading back to bed, but in the meantime I realised I am not sure that is the DMP I want… back to the drawing board for that one.

More thoughts on Master Key next week.
