I love to listen to MKE recordings when I am waiting for my children, in line or anything where I have a few minutes.

I was relistening to week 1 the intro video where at the end of Mark says the following “Have to control your body for 15 minutes, so you can build confidence, so you can control your thinking, once you control your thinking, game over new blueprint, new reality.”

This succinctly explains why and how it works. As you know the homework, readings, etc. help you in many different ways. I realized right now that this message came to me at the right time as my self confidence took a bit of beating the last while.

Focusing on that by going through these processes, I am trusting myself and building confidence. You never know where the messages will come to you from the Universe so be open to them and they will come. Going through the processes and controlling my thinking.

Last week I came across a title of movie on Prime Video called “Cadia, The World Within”. Such an obscure title which I was meant to come across. Wow! The Universe reminded me to not give up, remain on track and move forward. Even though my steps are not striding yet, I am still moving forward. Other messages came as well reminding me.

After feeling wobbly over the last few days, week 3 webinar is a good reset. Davene said the importance of using my will and if I want something better than I need to do something different. I also loved what the team said “I get up for my greatness.” So, remember to tell yourself that you are looking forward to getting up tomorrow.
