I have lived as an onion plant, with many and many layers, each one has had to come off. This has become quite the project. Each layer is being delinquently removed with a whole set of challenges, lessons and knowledge gained. Bad habits are being destroyed while creating fresh furrows to plant my new and productive habits.

This week I have been pulling layers off the onion and it has been amazing how much fight my old blueprint has put up to keep me in line with the past structured blueprint of my life.

I learned from Haanel, that our Solar Plexus is the light of our soul and as we learn to let it shine, it has the power to destroy the one Arch enemy which is fear. (Charles Haanel, The Master Key System, 3:14)

For a brief moment this week I tasted the sweet glow of that light of my Solar Plexus. I was really low, depressed and feeling I had lost. Ready to give up. With a comment or two from my dear wife, I looked deep and found My center. The peace and comfort I felt has been the most in lightening experience I can remember for a long time. It didn’t stay long but the Joy was worth every pain I had to go through.

I am looking forward to removing more of these layers and have that solace I felt again. We have been asked during the creation of our DMP (Definite Major Purpose), “what we are willing to give in payment to have what we want. Many times, I heard that question and couldn’t grasp what was being asked. Now I think I do.

I great King in the Scriptures was taught the gospel of Jesus. During his conversion he said that he would give up all his sins to know the Christ.

Isn’t that what you are asking of us? Our sins were created by our old blueprint. They are the daily habits we fall back on because we know them and they are safe.
