Games are fun to play and give us those dopamine hits that people get addicted to. I had not heard of Lumosity until now. The research is very interesting. Due to you mentioning this, is this something you are planning to give up achieving your desires?
The deciding part is huge DJ! Our thoughts do create our reality. I found great pleasure in reading your blog post and am looking forward to reading the next.

Yes ‘ah ha’ moments are certainly eye opening!
My peptide addiction was my ‘ah ha’ realization…
