Bruh… Sis …. Tribe… You are not going to believe what I have learned!
Listen… listen …. listen! I can change the channel.
That means when I have a negative thought, instead of locking into something I don’t want to think about, I change the channel to a positive thought using the Law of substitution.
You should try it. It does take some practice. I just keep trying and it just keeps getting easier. Maybe practice does make perfect after all or at least something like it.
Guess what else I have learned!?! I can actually stop thinking. No seriously. I mean I can turn off my mind! It’s amazing to me. I used to try and meditate. I was told to repeat a word. I had to use three. Everything multitask.
And today I am able to turn off the chatter in the background.
Just chill out lay back and relax. Breath easy, let go, turn down and actually go blank in increments. It’s actually mind blowing to me.
I used to have people tell me they were not thinking about anything. And I’d be like how is that possible. I’d truly didn’t believe them. I had no recollection of a time ever that my mind wasn’t moving. It could get exhausting.
Relaxing has taken on a whole new meaning for me. It started as a fight in T&GR. I’ve started to look forward to those 15 minutes and those moment of peace in the MKE. The Law of Relaxation

“. . .for when an act becomes easy through constant repetition it becomes a pleasure to perform and if it is a pleasure to perform it is man’s nature to perform it often.”
