This is a truism. The decision that I needed to do something to change what was going on for me, was mine. The action to follow through on that decision was also mine. Once I started, this is where the teamwork started.

The guide allocated to me, to help me throughout the course, set up a group chat with those she is helping. We are from all over the globe. Through sharing our different perspectives and the different questions we had around where we were at in the course, it also enlightened me further.

As well, it was great to know, I am not alone in where I am at. Different people, different walks of life and yet we were in the same situation as to why we were doing the same course and we were in similar positions with getting our heads around some of the things on the course. We helped each other and I, for one, definitely now feel hugely better. It gave us a connection more than just being on the same zoom.

Comradery is an epic feeling.

“Do it now!” is something that works SO well for me and helps me especially when I know I am behind in some of the work deadlines! The important thing to me is that I am getting everything done, no matter the fact I am behind.

I still have to master being able to sit for 15 mins and have zero thoughts enter my head … my mind just won’t switch off (some of which is because I know I am behind in workload!). But the minutes are increasing incrementally. “Patience grasshopper, patience!”
