It is amazing what repeating “I always keep my promises. ~ Peggy Bendell” can do to/for you!

It helped me keep focused even when the week hasn’t gone as I had hoped.
It has been such a crazy week that it seems that Friday came too early. On with my blog!

This is a week of lots on my plate and it wasn’t until late Wednesday that I began keeping my promised ‘chore’. I think I bet off more than I could chew but by saying “I always….” I am committed to continuing.

Last week we had a beautiful, warm autumn. A week of getting up to 15 C temperatures and mid afternoons of 27 C to 30 C. Sunday we woke up to 3 C and a high of 3 C. What a contrast. Oh and lots of rain – with a splash of white stuff as it hit the windshield.

This was a week for planning and booking trips. Medical flight to Toronto and a trip to Calgary for my husband to see his sister in Calgary. Our prayer is that she will still be alive when he goes in December.

I am looking forward to singing with the Timmins Concert Singers this Saturday. We are the guest of the Newfoundland group, the Ennis Sisters. We are joining them for 5 songs which is exciting. Then we prepare for our Christmas Concert the end of November.

I have a home based business which not only helps people's quality of life health-wise the profits go to providing nutrition to children's meals in orphanages and school feeding programs which I think is exciting.
