This week’s exercise was to create index cards with accomplishments on them. One per card. If you had asked me to do this a year ago, I would have struggled because I had felt my life was not filled with accomplishments at all. I would say I lived a mediocre life.

As I took out the cards and started to write, I couldn’t stop! I ended up stopping at 126 cards when the goal was 70. I honestly could keep going.

This course has shown me that honestly everything we do is an accomplishment. From the smallest thing to making coffee in the morning to some great ones like becoming a parent. From the people that we have met in our lives to buying our first car. To graduating High School or planting a garden.

Each thing we do successfully each day is an accomplishment. This is one of the greatest things that has come to light for me. It has given me personal confidence because I know my life is not mediocre and that I am magical and have done things that others haven’t.

And the best part is that I AM JUST GETTING STARTED!

Love this course, love this week! Love you all!!
