I am thrilled to share my experience in this week’s blog, where a simple yet impactful exercise has significantly boosted my confidence. The task this week was to create index cards, each bearing a single accomplishment.

Initially, I thought the process would be challenging, believing I had few noteworthy achievements.

However, as I delved into the exercise, I was pleasantly surprised. The exercise left me with overwhelming joy and gratitude. Each entry on each card became a testament to my determination, resilience, and hard work, regardless of how small the accomplishment seemed.

It dawned on me that I had achieved more than I ever realized, and the feeling was truly ecstatic.

Shuffling through these cards daily, whether during my commute in traffic to and from work or elsewhere, has become a powerful practice. It provides me with a continuous source of courage and confidence to aim for even greater heights. It’s like holding a stack of cards, each representing a triumph and a step forward in both my personal and professional life.

The tangible benefits and rewards of acknowledging these accomplishments daily serve as a constant reminder of my capabilities and the heights I can reach. This practice now propels my determination to achieve more and instills a sense of celebration for each milestone, creating a positive cycle of growth and success.

For me, it is clear that this practice aligns with the Law of Growth, as my positivity continues to come into play, as I realize that by thinking about and celebrating my accomplishments which flourish through reflection and celebration.

This empowering exercise is simple, easy to use, and one that I would continue to use as I move ahead with my life’s journey.
