Fear, Guilt, Anger, Hurt feelings, Unworthiness. So, I get to think about how to use the words as tools to help me. That would mean I need to see these tools in a positive light. I’ve done this before and I get it and still, without referring to old notes, this can be fun.
The first thought is none of these words are in my comfort zone. Fear is something that gets me to focus on only that which, I Fear. Then I look for the courage to face and solve whatever is before me.
We were told that in 2 weeks we would be told how these words are Tools and how to use them differently. I will spend the time thinking about these words during our 20-minute sit.
However, this ends I see this exercise as fun. More tools to handle the issues and emotions of life will always be helpful. Since I have been a Service Technician for the past 50 years, I understand the use of tools very well.
