Okay, week 2 is almost over and I’m starting to see a bigger picture to all of the reading.

I have been out of town for 10 days. Making time to stay on track has taken some serious effort. I haven’t been 100% with the reading, but I have been close. I’m glad I’ve put in the effort.

I had never heard of MKE until maybe a month ago. My trip had already been planned, and I have to say, I wasn’t sure I’d be willing to put in the time to continue with MKE, especially while out of town at the very beginning.

My travel partner (friend) has been great and even helped me answer the assessment questions from the first week.

I’m starting to anticipate the words to Scroll 1 as I’m reading and I’m starting to believe it.

I love the concept of the chore card. It already resonates and I can already see how effective it will be.

I rewrote my DMP, speaking in present tense and making my definite major purpose clearer, and easy to read makes it seem more like a reality than a dream, and therefore more possible to accomplish. I expect my DMP will continue to change and expand during this process too.

It is amazing how most of us go through everyday life, doing what we are “supposed” to be doing, without every actually determining what drives us or what we want out of life and figuring out how to work towards that.

I can see why though. I can see this is not going to be easy. I can see this is going to require some deep thought and introspection. I expect difficult questions will be asked and answered, and I expect to feel uncomfortable. Growth isn’t going to be comfortable. But I’m here for it.
