Week two of the Master Key Experience has brought insight into the power of my mind and how it brings me health and happiness, the Legacy I want to leave behind.
I have changed my title and picture of my blog to not be as serious and stern. It was a notebook and pencil with fragments of used eraser and pencil shavings sitting on an empty page of paper.
When I looked at the picture it brought me feelings of frustration for it appeared to have words written then erased, showing I did not know what my purpose or passion is. My blog now has a flower with a butterfly, representing a garden of transformation.
The mind, body, and soul that needs weeding, feeding, sowing, and protecting. The words that I have written in exercise of the mind have flowed freely like the butterfly in the garden.
As I sit for 15 minutes STILL, I am feeling my body relax and feel grounded. Before I knew meditation was important and this new practice for me of quiet stillness (no itches, movement, or sound) and commanding my body to stay still has proven to be immensely powerful. It is easier to bring my mind to happy thoughts and feel a connection to the spirit within me and in the universe.
I have seen many blue rectangles in my environment; hospital beds with blue sheets, icons on my computer, photographs with blue backgrounds, folders, books, photo frames, pieces of painter’s tape, etc… It amazes me how many blue rectangles are in my environment that I did not notice before, that I do now.
In looking at my written schedule I needed to change a few things that I had said, “yes” to. By doing this it has allowed me to keep my promises to the disciplines of service to myself and others that are written on my schedule. As, I always keep my promises.
May my transformation be reflected onto you positively and the words I write impact you and serve you. Hope, Health, and Happiness,
Kim Jordan

Wow!
I love your blog post! As I read this, it was as if I was witnessing growth ever present.
Your ability to see the blue rectangles that are all around you, the time doing the sit, and finding a way to change a schedule to do those things is a testament of growth!
It’s as if your future you is becoming more present by the day!
