Be still and know

Today was one of my bests sits ever. My morning devotions took me to Psalm 46:10
He says, “Be still, and know that I am God;
I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth.”
I focused totally on being still and relaxed.

I have know this for years and it is becoming much more clear now. The secret is in the sit. As I am well into Week 2 my meditation has gotten the best it’s ever been. I have been meditating for several years, and the past 2 weeks I have followed the instruction in the the Master Key System to a tee.

This last week the focus was on just being still and completely relaxed. You must understand my personality type is “just do something, anything! Be productive!” That has served me well and brought me success but as the title of a great book states What Got You Here Won’t Take You There. I have reached my mid 50’s and I can no longer nor do I desire to run that hard. Who knew that being still could be so powerful?

I have been able to silence my mind at will. I have also gotten very good at deflecting thoughts when they arise.

The peaceful trance state that I experienced today was amazing. I am ready to tackle the day with ease.

I have always said “Take Massive Action!!!’ I am here to tell you that taking inspired action is much more powerful.

As I sit and be still and quiet my mind I allow the energy within me to work. My life is becoming more in focus and in tune with the universe and the universal mind. My subby is doing that without me getting involved. That is the key “Without Me!!”

I am so excited for the coming lessons when we begin to plant the seeds in the prepared soil.
As I learn to let go of my mind and thoughts I am starting to realize one of my favorite quotes in real life.

“Have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become.”
