I begin Week 2 with excitement and optimism. I believe in this process and know without a doubt that I am on the right path. I have struggled with sitting quietly and still in the past. So my old & moldy blueprint was telling me that the sit would be challenging and that the monkeys would be running amuck. That I had more important things to attend to.
I had to go, go, go….

Imagine my surprise when I was not only able to override that thought process and found it much easier and so relaxing to just sit. I’m not really focusing on much more than having the clear & settled mind at this point, it’s such a beautiful & unique place for me to just be….. to not try to “force” what I think I SHOULD be doing, thinking, seeing. I know the visualization is awaiting the perfect time to slip in unheeded and that it’s something I cannot force. It’s a soothing feeling knowing that I am on the right path and that all things will happen as they are supposed to.

As opposed to the readings. I love to read, I love the messages, I figured this would be something that I would relish and look forward to scheduling time for. I am still “battling the mind” with the get up and go mentality that has been my staple for as long as I can remember.

So, in failing forward, I discovered that what works the best for me is to be in my favorite place to begin each day, which is in my cozy bed surrounded by all of my animals! So I am doing my readings and my sit there! Now that I could do all day!!!

~ The Law of Practice ~

The night readings are the most challenging for me. I do a lot of running around and juggling balls with my 3 businesses. After I eat, I find it challenging to keep my eyes open, never mind read with ENTHUSIASM & FEELING, which we all know is the key to Subby’s castle. So if any of you have any tips as to doing our nighttime readings before bed, I am all ears!!!

Very proud of myself for making my bed every morning! Until this week that was not something that was on my agenda. After all, I was going to jump right back into it as soon as I was able! Plus I had to, God forbid, move the animals from their comfy places to do so. So now I get up and feed them first and while they are eating I go back and make the bed.

SUCCESS!!!!

All in all I had a great week with looking forward to & loving my SITS
at the forefront!!!

Looking forward to continuing this journey with excitement and ENTHUSIASM!!!!
