In the second week of the Master Key Experience (MKE), I’m realizing how scattered my thoughts can be. Sitting still for 15 minutes is hard with my mind racing. To combat procrastination, I keep reminding myself to “Do It Now.” and act immediately upon it.

This week, I’ve had to reorganize my daily routine. With almost an hour dedicated to my MKE practice (for those of us who take our time!), I’ve had to shift things around. This adjustment has forced me to focus on what truly matters and let go of distractions like TV and social media.

It’s a journey of discipline and conscious prioritization, aligning my daily rhythm with my goals. This shift shows my dedication to self-improvement, and I’m excited to see how it will positively impact my life in the days to come.
