It’s been quite the adjustment since starting Week 1.

To be honest, it was a breeze to sit for 15 minutes controlling my physical body last week, but sheesh, this week was tough, trying to hold no thought while sitting for 15 minutes – now that was a challenge!

Overall, it was a challenging week personally and I struggled to make connections with the blue rectangle, although whenever I remembered to, I did.

As is the case with any new habit, it takes some repeating to get it in there!

For some reason, I experienced quite a lot of resistance this week – old blue print working hard to keep me in comfortable discomfort.

On to new heights from here, though!

Onwards and upwards to unlocking the greatness.
