I am enjoying reading Haanel for the second time around. It could be because it is familiar. After all, I’m used to Haanel’s verbiage.

Maybe it’s because I read the end of the story. Nonetheless, I ALWAYS look forward to Haanel and my sits in the morning.

This week in Chapter 2, what jumped out at me was the reminder that re-emphasizes the inner connection between the conscious and the subconscious mind. There’s a definite interplay on how the two worked together to connect with our God source. The infinite is at our disposal. (#21)

Everything in our world works in order. Haanel explains the sequential process of taking our mind, body, and soul to raise the consciousness of our Spirit being. In section 23, Haanel describes the subconscious mind as the Seat of Habit.

The habits we create are the foundation of what we create in our lives. If we have these autonomic programs naturally, wouldn’t it behoove us to create habits that will serve us?

Section 24 talks about our physical bodies and the restoration of our health. Section 25 talks about our brain connection that everything is stored in our memories. Section 26 draws in our spirit and connection to the divine source.

Our mind, body, and Spirit all work together in harmony with the universal mind, God. By becoming Intune with the Infinite.

We set in operation the mightiest force in existence, the creative power of the universal mind.

Charles Haanel, The Master Key System, Section 2:28

The exciting part is all this lies within us! We have the gift of this trifecta to partner with the Infinite! This is power!

Am I more aware of my thoughts? Absolutely. Am I more aware of stress in my physical body? I’m learning to be. How does this all connect with the divine?

I’m not sure I can verbally explain this yet, but as I practice being present during my day, I get glimpses of this far more frequently.

An example is right now, as I am juggling many things. What takes precedence is a remodel I’m working on downstairs. I am doing my best to take one day at a time and not get overwhelmed, as my original budget has more than doubled in expense. I have, at times, contractors coming and going, and things are constantly in motion.

One blessing is that I have had the pleasure of dealing with great contractors; they are all people I know or are referrals from great people. All have been honest and trustworthy; God hand-picked them and brought only the best.

Special Bonuses are great friends like my friend Wendy; she flies up from California to help me plan critical details to get me going in a clear direction. Then, I get my butt in there and do what I can. I’ve done all the painting and little things independently or with volunteer help.

Looking forward to completion. I’m not trying to rush things; I’m just taking one step at a time.

Keeping Haanel, Wattles, and other great writers top of mind, I do my best to direct my thoughts, emotions, and words to create the best outcome possible daily. My biggest win so far is keeping up with my responsibilities (family, business, chamber, and a few social events) and the chaos of the building process, AND ENJOYING seeing God work in all of it!

Thoughts are powerful! Learning to use them to my advantage is critical! Sometimes, I feel like I’m on an adventure, successfully maneuvering each challenge. Like I’m going through a video game, moving up the levels. (Funny I used that analogy; I never play video games). The game never ends… It begins each day with my SIT!

Looking forward to the next adventure!
