Happy to start the MKE “Ultra Experience.”

Listening to the orientation and material covered, much of it a review to what I learned from the two previous courses taken to this point, at which I was feeling overwhelmed confused and slow to understanding it all. Now, the dots started coming together and the information was making more sense to me. What a great sign for the things to come.

Setting up that first week with two big assignments, writing a blog and DMP, my head started to roll with thoughts and ideas. Very quickly I established a subject and title for my blog and notes began. The DMP was on the sluggish side.

Pressure came intensely Friday morning realizing I was already behind the deadline to submitting the documents. That was no help to completing them, as it created more pressure and skewed my thinking. No matter what, I was going to turn them in late or not

Mission accomplished by Sunday a.m. but the thought of the webinar coming up hours away I started to have anxiety over it because I felt ill prepared. I was determined to face it and relax, to the best of my ability. Even still, I was still rattled with my projections or expectations of what would take place.

The webinar ended, chock full of great educational information, including lots of laughs for me. Anyone listening would definitely catch the “enthusiasm,” on display, which is an important aspect of what we want to incorporate into our lives.

Throughout all my classes with Mark and his team, I walk away feeling energized, motivated and excited.

Looking back, glad we didn’t go into break out groups. That is where things can get gnarly and putting each of us to our own test.

I was so relieved, but only after my unnecessary fretting in anticipation of the session.

All that said; brings me to my “why” of this Blog title and subject.

Everything about season #2 encapsulated into one big SMILE on my face and in my heart.
