minutes remaining

In taking time to be in the moment I realize that I maintain a calm composure. I feel less hurried and am virtually stress free. Taking time to just be and breathe can bring about joy and gratitude. I’m recognizing the importance of being still and how and when to prioritize me. I’ve learned that love is a precious gift.

My struggles remains keeping track of the daily tasks that are required. I am in the process of creating a chart that details the tasks required and the cadence for the notes tasks. I also have only noticed one blue rectangle, which is perturbing.

My favorite exercise involved using my non-dominant hand to write out my PPN.

My favorite quote this week is from Og Mandino:

“Failure will never overtake me if my determination to succeed is strong enough.”

Og Mandino, The Greatest Salesman in the World.

It is this attitude that I adopted to complete my chore by the designated due date.

For the first time in a while I’m feeling hopeful.
